Engineered Hardwood Plank Flooring

Engineered hardwood planks have a top layer of real hardwood over a multi-layer core. The core keeps the plank more stable than solid wood when temperature and humidity change, and the top layer gives the floor the look and feel of natural wood. This page lists every engineered hardwood plank in our Tampa Bay catalog.
Two plank formats
- Standard planks: 8 inches wide and up to 74.8 inches long, 12 mm thick, with a 1.5 mm hardwood wear layer.
- Longboards: 9.6 inches wide and about 86.6 inches long, 5/8 inch thick, with a 4 mm hardwood wear layer. The longer and wider boards show fewer joints across a room, and the thicker wear layer leaves more wood for sanding if the floor is ever refinished.
Glue-down installation
The planks in this collection are glued to the subfloor. A glued floor is fixed along its whole length, so it feels solid underfoot, does not shift, and gives the joints the best protection against moisture. Our installers in the Tampa Bay area prepare and level the subfloor before the planks go down.
Colors, finish and styles
All planks here have a natural finish and come in brown and beige tones, in farmhouse, classic, traditional, modern and industrial styles. Use the filters to narrow the list by color, and order samples to see the wood in your own rooms.
