Return Policy

You can return flooring and accessories bought from Tampa Bay Floor Stores within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free.

What you can return

Unopened, undamaged cartons of flooring in a condition we can resell.
Unused accessories (underlayment, moldings, tools) in their original packaging.

What you cannot return

Flooring that has been installed, cut or damaged after delivery.
Free samples. They are yours to keep.
Installation work that has already started.

How to start a return

Call us at +1727-692-5011 or write to info@tampabayfloorstores.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We send you the return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

We refund the returned items after we receive and inspect them. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.

Damaged or wrong delivery

If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging. We replace it at no cost.
